The professionalism and attention to detail is top notch, the pilot is friendly and really knowledgeable, explains everything. I felt really safe. The scenery and sunrise was magnificent. We a herd of wild donkeys and other animals. The the champagne breakfast was absolutely delicious, and served in a beautiful Arabic style setting within a lush green golf club grounds. Gorgeous birds of prey were on show at the breakfast destination, flying free with a trainer who let us handle the birds.

Fantastic experience, an amazing balloon ride that was perfect from the time we were picked up to when we were dropped off. All the staff was super friendly, informative, and professional. Everything was explained to us so professionally that you felt confident.
Captain was brilliant, his experience & expertise made us feel safe. The landing was great; he tells you interesting information about hot-air ballooning. It was great fun.
Breakfast was delicious and the ambiance was fantastic.
Highly recommend.

The Hot Air Balloon flight was the best experience ever, together with my daughters. Seeing the magical sunrise and beautiful landscape around the wadi desert in Ras Al Khaimah, what a scenic view. As we slowly ascend it looks like a wave of desert as we go by the distance seeing wild donkeys and camels roaming around. Highly recommend for family and kids too! Just loving it!!!
